Write a 8-10 page report, typed, double spaced, no greater than size 16 font, on the following:

Evaluate a successful on-line business (such as Amazon, e-bay, WalMart, ….) determine the following:

1. What business model are the using?

2. What are their sources of revenue?

3. What has been there profit/loss for the last five years?

4. What future plans do they have for future Internet profit (success)?

5. What Internet technologies are they using to more efficiently handle Internet traffic (such as node.js)?

This paper WILL require more than just a glance over web pages to find the information. You might even want to contact someone from there IT department and post these and more questions to them for answers. Although the answers are on the web.

Make sure that you confirm all answers are correct. Just because someone says something on a blog does not mean it is true.
